Deep cleaning

We are pleased to provide the most thorough deep cleaning appropriate to the needs and budget. It's recommended for new customers or those who haven't got their home cleaned in the last 2 months. We will pay close attention to almost all areas of your home *

Standart cleaning

We create a package of services based on your preferences. Our goal is to make your life easier by choosing a convenient cleaning schedule: weekly, bi-weekly, once a month. Depending on how much activity your home has, our weekly or biweekly cleaning is often the best solution.

Move out / in cleaning

This will work when rooms are empty. The checklist contains everything from ceilings to baseboards so that you can prepare for the move.

I've never had a cleaning before, does that cost extra?

Houses that need extra time or larger than usual for a given number of bedrooms/bathrooms may be charged more.

How do I make a cleaning appointment?

Click on the “Book Now” button and on the same business day we will send you an email confirming the reservation. You can also call (206) 887-7950 to request cleaning.


Do I need to be home?

No, we work from 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday. Most of our customers are not at home when we arrive. In most cases, our specialists are provided with a spare key or code.


What if I need to reschedule a service?

We understand how unpredictable life can be. That's why we work with your schedule to ensure that your home is cleaned at the most convenient time for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule the cleaning, we recommend that you call 24 hours before the scheduled service.


Cancellation policy.

Please give us a note 48 hours prior to scheduled date if you have to cancel or reschedule (206-887-7950).

12-24 hours or less before service:

$75 cancellation fee

24-48 hours or less before service:

$50 cancellation fee


What do you not clean?

We customize services to accommodate your preferences so you never have to worry about paying for a service you don’t need or want. To ensure we provide your home with the highest quality of care, we don’t typically:

1) resurface/wax/refinish floors

2) patios/decks/garages

3) blind washing (although we do dust them)

4) chandelier washing

5) exterior windows,

6) mold/grout cleaning

7) pet waste cleaning

8) move large furniture

9) small blinds washing


How do I need to pay?

You can leave cash or a check, but we also accept online payments.
